The Forteau Lions Club is please to present the 47th Annual Bakeapple Folk Festival, August 6-9, 2026. Here is our event schedule:

THURSDAY, AUGUST 6th:

Teenage Dance, Forteau Lions Club
8:00 PM - 12:00 AM.

FRIDAY, AUGUST 7th:

Moose Stew Supper at Forteau Community Centre
Moose stew supper & bread roll with bakeapple dessert & tea or coffee. Deliveries can be done in Forteau. Please contact Dean or Nancy Flynn.
Served beween 5:30 PM - 7:00 PM.
$15 per person.

Adult Dance at the Wayne Buckle Memorial Ball Field, Forteau
Featuring Jason Rodgers.
Age 19+, $10 Door Charge.
10:00 PM - 2:00 AM.

SATURDAY, AUGUST 8th:

Traditional Breakfast (ACW and UCW)
7:00 AM - 10:00 AM.

Family Day at Forteau Community Centre
Kids Games, Cotton Candy, Bouncy Castle, Crafts, Food Booths, & Career Corner: 5 Booths.
2:00 PM - 4:30 PM.

Adult Corn Hole Tournament at Forteau Community Centre
Bar will be open.
7:00 PM - 12:00 AM.

SUNDAY, AUGUST 9th:

Outdoor Fish Fry at Forteau Community Centre
4:30 PM - 6:30 PM.
$15 per person

Bonfire and Local Music at Forteau Community Wharf
Features Borderline, Sabrina and others.
Fireworks and Food. Mooseburgers $5 and Free Roasted Capelin.
8:30 PM - 12:00 AM.
